A retreat for people who want to slow down, reconnect with what matters most and discover where life is inviting them next.
with Bärbel Becker
Who this
retreat is for
This retreat is for people who sense that something in their life is ready to change, even if they are experienced, carry responsibility, and have achieved many of the things they once hoped for.
It offers space to slow down, step back from everyday life, and reconnect with what matters most. From there, you can begin to sense what wants to emerge next.
At the retreat, your individual situation is the focus.
Together, we take time to look at what is moving in your life right now. Stepping back from everyday life creates space to see and feel things more clearly and notice what feels important now.
What participants say about the retreats

The retreat made me feel relaxed, grounded, and more connected to myself — not only while I was there, but also afterwards.
I especially appreciated the approach of letting the body lead and the mind follow. I also liked that sharing very specific personal problems was not the focus. This created a space where people could open up to each other without overwhelming the group with too many personal details.
I think the two of you did an amazing job creating a safe and inspiring atmosphere.
The place itself feels a bit magical and invites both relaxation and exploration. Having a personal cook was a real treat. And I was surprised by how much fun it can be to write a poem.
Thank you for bringing this all together — I’ve already started recommending it to others.

The retreat in Mallorca invited me to slow down and reconnect with what was really going on inside me.
Working with the body helped me see some of my patterns more clearly, often in the small moments when I would normally have carried on without noticing.
I feel the impact most in everyday life. When something stressful happens at work, I am more likely to pause. I take a moment to notice what I am actually feeling before reacting from my first impulse.
I came back with more calm, clarity, and fresh perspectives. And somehow, much of that is still with me today.

One of the most important things I took away from the retreat was compassion.
During those days, I experienced how powerful it can be to feel supported by others without being judged and without having to prove anything. That experience stayed with me.
I realized that openness is not a weakness. It is a form of strength.
After the retreat, I felt that something had started to shift inside me. I found myself engaging with life in a different way.
The practices, the shared experience, and the atmosphere of the retreat touched me deeply.
For me, that experience has a name:
‘Compassion is magic.’

This training by our brilliant instructors Barbara and Anna is pure magic.
Not in a superficial, feel-good way — but in how precisely it shifts you. As a professional, you come in thinking you’ll “learn something.” What actually happens is deeper: your perception sharpens and the way you relate to others quietly transforms.
Social art here is demanding, playful, disarming. You’re constantly invited out of control and into awareness. It’s rare to find something this alive :)

No. The retreat is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to try something new are enough.
The retreat combines time in nature, meaningful conversations, moments of stillness, and space for your own questions.
Through simple practices involving movement, voice, reflection, and conversation, you will have the opportunity to notice patterns, explore new perspectives, and sense what may be wanting to emerge next.
The retreat centre offers plenty of space to rest, reflect, and spend time on your own. The pace is intentionally relaxed, allowing time for experience, reflection, and integration.
The retreat takes place in a small group of 5–15 participants.
The small group size creates space for personal connection, trust, and meaningful conversations. It allows your own questions to be heard while also learning from the experiences and perspectives of others.
The practice invites presence, awareness, and connection, rather than physical performance.
We work with movement, voice, body awareness, and time for reflection. All activities can be adapted to your own pace and what feels right for you.
The focus is not on performance, but on presence, awareness, and connection.
This retreat is for people who want to slow down, reconnect with what matters most and explore where life may be inviting them next.
As we work with body awareness, voice, stillness, and group processes, a certain level of inner and physical stability is important. If you are unsure whether the retreat is right for you at this moment, please get in touch before registering.
If you cancel up to 60 days before the retreat begins, the retreat fee will be refunded minus an €80 administration fee.
If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before the retreat begins, 50% of the retreat fee will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat begins, a refund is no longer possible.
